You manage the kitchen, keeping the restaurant’s beating heart running like clockwork and, alongside the General Manager, you’re a restaurant force to be reckoned with.
You are an expert in all areas of the kitchen, from finessing starters through to perfectly grilling our signature Côte de Boeuf. You’re confident in stepping up from one section to helping oversee the entire kitchen operation. There is no question that you are the right hand of the Head Chef.
You know the menu like the back of your hand. Whether it’s Steak Frites, or a French Onion Soup seasoned to perfection, you have the skill to work multiple sections in the kitchen and we give you the opportunity to work with fresh food and quality ingredients that change with the seasons.
You are the most important ingredient in the kitchen. Without you the restaurant just would not function. It’s as simple as that.
You are an integral part behind the scenes, without you our restaurants wouldn’t operate as seamlessly as they do. You work alongside other departments to ensure the restaurant teams have everything they need to make it special for our guests. We’re a specialised team in support office with roles from Marketing and HR through to Finance, Supply Chain and senior restaurant operations.
We have our central production unit in Heston, near Heathrow. Home to our Côte butchery and ageing room, where we expertly hand cut and prepare all the meat that is sold in our restaurants. Forget large scale, impersonal food production, here we are unashamed perfectionists ensuring the best quality raw ingredients arrive in our restaurants. With roles from butcher, to production chefs you will be an integral cog in Côte food production.
